DESKTOP: How to add video links to your posts so the video thumbnails are visible:
Start a new post.
Navigate to the bottom of the new post window, and click the icon to "add a video." (See screenshot)
3. Copy the video link and paste it into the text box of the popup window, as shown below.
4. Click on the "Embed Video"
5. Add any description or comments if you want.
6. Hit "Publish" on the main Post window.
MOBILE:
Here’s how to add video links using the app so the video thumbnails are shown and the video is playable within the original post.
Click the “Video” button, as shown below
Tap the “URL” button
Paste the video link and tap “Add.”
Preview your video, add any comments or anything else you want, and then tap “Post.”
That's it. Using the same toolbar, you have more options as to add a gallery of pictures, upload videos from your device, upload files, embed other videos and posts such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and even TikTok, create polls, and more.
