The original food stamps from the Govt! If drunks came in and spent 5 cents on penny candy, you had to give them 95 cents in real cash. This would be done multiple times until they had enough to buy the alcohol they wanted! Also, the drug dealers had girlfriends on welfare and they go to stores and buy lobster and steak with the food stamps! I thought you were going to show some Confederate money! 😂
