The Flame Path: Quest 1
Acquire one Sacred Relic from the Lenaia Collection.
On a night of your choosing, light or use it intentionally.
Release something you have been holding back โ creatively, emotionally, or spiritually.
Not as destruction. As expression. A release.
Claim the official Flame Seal from a Flamebearer to mark your Questlog entry as complete.
The Flame Path: Quest 2
Lore Quest โ The Mask and the Mirror
Somewhere within the Hall of Flame, a theatrical mask symbol has been placed.
Find it.
In your Questlog, answer:
Why did the Athenians hold dramatic competitions during winter instead of harvest season?
Hint: It was about tension, not celebration.
Present the questlog with your answer to a Flamebearer.
Request the flame Seal to officially mark your Questlog entry as complete.
As the Rite Beginsโฆ
Winter does not end quietly.
It fractures.
In the streets of ancient Athens, Lenaia was not a soft festival. It was held in the cold. Actors competed. Poets sharpened language into blades. Dionysus was honored not as gentle wine-bearer, but as breaker of boundaries.
Masks revealed what faces could not.
Now, as frost lingers but light slowly strengthens, this moon asks:
Where are you restrained?
Where are you performing instead of living?
Where must something crack?
Stand before flame not to warm yourself โ but to release.
The Rite of Lenaia is open throughout this moon.
Catharsis does not wait for spring.

โWhen the frost finally cracks.โ
๐ Theme
Release. Catharsis. Creative rupture.
In ancient Athens, Lenaia honored Dionysus in the dead of winter. Theatre competitions were held. Masks were worn. Wine was poured. It was not harvest joy โ it was midwinter intensity.
When restraint becomes pressure, something must give.
This moon honors the necessary fracture before renewal.
