🜏 The Codex of Shadows
— Privacy Creed & Sacred Data Oath —
Last revised: 8.1.25
“What is gathered must be guarded.
What is remembered must be sealed.
The Vault watches in silence,
and protects what the Initiate shares.”
Here begins the Sacred Pact between you, Seeker, and the Vault of The M Cave.
To cross this threshold is to offer fragments of your Name, your trace, and your presence.
To remain is to accept that these fragments will be kept—not as trophies for the profane,
but as relics to be shielded from the grasp of lesser hands.
I. WHO WE ARE
This sanctum (www.themcave.com) is tended by The M Cave LLC, curators of the Tarot Codex Serapeum—a sacred instrument of truth, self-initiation, and spiritual defiance.
Should you seek the Keepers of the Vault:
Email: info@themcave.com
Physical Address: Smiley’s Flea Market, 6717 Hawkinsville Rd., Macon, GA
II. WHAT IS GATHERED
When you pass through these gates, specific offerings may be inscribed into the Codex:
-
Contact Data – Name, email address
-
Purchase Data – Billing/shipping details, relic selection
-
Behavioral Data – Pages visited, time within chambers, clicks
-
Technical Data – Device, IP address, browser, screen size
These fragments are kept for the sole purpose of:
-
Fulfilling sacred orders
-
Sending transmissions & ritual updates
-
Refining the Vault’s pathways
-
Understanding the collective movement of the Seekers
III. OF COOKIES & ECHOES
“Even shadows leave echoes. These echoes are called cookies.”
Even Neo, standing in the Oracle’s kitchen, accepted her cookie without protest—
not realizing that the moment he took it, the pact was sealed.
So too it is here: a small, seemingly harmless exchange that nonetheless binds your
digital trace to the Vault’s memory.
This sanctum—built upon the stones of Wix.com—places cookies upon your path:
-
🜍 Essential Cookies – Keep the Vault’s doors open, carts filled, and sessions whole
-
🜍 Analytics Cookies – Reveal which relics are most sought and which scrolls most read
-
🜍 Marketing Cookies – Carry our sigils to you beyond these walls
Non-essential echoes may be silenced through your browser’s sacred settings.
For full details, consult Wix’s Cookie Policy.
IV. DATA STORAGE & THE BONDS OF THE VAULT
All inscriptions are encrypted and warded within Wix’s fortified servers, bound by SSL and guarded by firewall wards.
We do not sell, rent, or barter your data to the uninitiated.
Only trusted allies—such as PayPal and Stripe—receive encrypted fragments for the sole act of tribute exchange (payment processing).
V. THE SEEKER’S RIGHTS
Regardless of where you dwell—under the banners of the EU, the Americas, or other lands—you may:
-
Summon the records inscribed in your name
-
Alter or correct the inscriptions
-
Call for their deletion from the Vault
-
Withdraw consent to receive transmissions
Invoke these rights by contacting the Vault Keepers.
VI. WHEN THE CODEX CHANGES
The Codex is a living document. When the pact shifts, the date above will change to mark the new seal.
🗝 FINAL OATH
This is the bond between Seeker and Vault.
Break it not, for it is written in both ink and oath.
Depart if you will—but know this:
once summoned, the Codex remembers.
